Centrally located with super-friendly staff making it feel like home. The clean room was surprisingly comfortable, perfect for restful sleep. Enjoyed a tasty breakfast spread to start my day. It was a very central location, easy to find. They allowed us to check in early. Room was cleaned every day.
It could not be considered four star accomodation but it was still a nice hotel, value for money in a very central location.

location to Roma Termini (rail station)
1. there was no airconditioning available (not mentioned when booking) during our stay, the window has to be opened and the street was noisy and smells. 2. breakfast was provided, quality was very poor and coffee was really bad, we rather have a coffee and bite for breaky outside. 3. i felt the hotel was either just starting up or cutting cost.

A cozy space in the heart
I loved how close we were to Termini Station. The helpful staff provided great local dining recommendations.
The shower was awkward, being too cramped without ventilation, and air conditioning wasn't strong enough. A bit of discomfort late in our stay due to this.

Exploring Rome's vibrant heartbeat 🇮🇹
Right by Termini, it made bouncing around the city super easy. Chommies at reception were always keen to help out and gave me some lekker tips on where to eat. Brekkie was nice, enough to fill my belly before a day of jolling around!
The shower was a bit cramped, but I made it work.

missingWrote a review on 18 Julhelpful staffconvenient locationweak air conditioninguncomfortable bedpoor bathroom ventilation
Friendly staff made a great first impression, as they were eager to help with local dining recommendations and luggage storage. The location allows easy access to shops and dining options, with a convenient grocery store across the street. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, leading to a less than restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities could also use improvements for better ventilation.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was really nice and let me check in late, awesome. The bed was so comfy and i got great sleep. The room was surprisingly clean and neat for what i expected. Breakfast had a decent range of options, so i didn't leave hungry.
The area around the hotel is kinda sketchy and noisy. The bathroom could use better ventilation.
